From the garden equipped with barbecue and swimming pool (m. 7 x 15) you will enjoy the great view over the surrounding lake and woods, also catching sight of Florence, Prato and Pistoia by distance.
Oil
About 20 hectares of the estate are cultivated with olive trees by the Farm Reticaia which provides the extracted extravirgin-oil to Javello. In this olive tree grove, there is a special type of olive tree known as “Frantoiano di Montemurlo", which is believed to have therapeutic properties for cancer prevention.

We were able to swim and hike at this place, as well as make day trips to Pisa, Lucca, and Florence. Also close to smaller local cities of Prato and Pistoia. We wish we had chosen to stay longer!! We LOVED IT!!
